Abs!!!!!!!
I did the 20 minute abs class on Tuesday. My instructor was a student and was pretty good. She seemed confident teaching the class but often moved at a really fast pace. My form really suffered, because she was changing the exercises too fast. I could feel a strain in my neck and back from it. A lot of the exercises were also repetitive and often ended up being boring. I like a lot of variety and challenge, and I felt that this class did not bring that. But if you are looking for a way to work out your abs while you're in the recreation center, its a good class to take. My abs were very sore and I did feel as though I got a workout, just not the one I had really planned on.

Group exercise may have functional and psychological benefits for women suffering from breast cancer, a new study reports.I like to take a group exercise class when I feel myself hitting the inevitable fitness wall. When I just can't imagine one more step on the treadmill then I'll sign myself up for a new class such as cardio kick boxing or pole dancing. I always have a blast but sometimes I just can't seem to fit them in my weekly schedule.
